We will notify you of the expected date of arrival by email.
International Postage - £8.
Fully Insured, tracked and signed for on arrival.
We will email to tell you when it has been sent.
Returns Policy
You may return jewellery for refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of receiving it, as long as the jewellery is in its original condition.
Contact us by email or phone before returning Jewellery.
Commissioned Jewellery
Individually Commissioned Jewellery can be returned for alteration, or adjustment
(we are totally committed to getting your jewellery just right for you)
Otherwise, Commissioned Jewellery is non returnable.
We guarantee our craftsmanship and the materials in our jewellery, and will repair or replace jewellery that has any technical faults.
